Generals seem to gain little to no xp from fighting ( I've tested this out as Germany, literally invaded Poland France and Russia with the same generals and they still need Xp to level up. No Event for the Soviets to declare war on Manchuria ( fe If the soviets beat and capulate the Germans they should get an event to declare war on Japan nope nothing)
There's no actual way to lose the "Recovery Of The Long March" National spirit as Communist China (as far as I know, I'm currently at 1942 and my game is slowing a little bit so there might be an event or something)
